Enkostay is not a real estate agency. Instead, we are a housing platform designed to make it easier for foreigners to:

Think of Enkostay Like Airbnb, But for Long-Term Stays
If you’ve ever used Airbnb, you already understand how Enkostay works.
The difference is, Enkostay focuses on mid- to long-term housing — like 3 months, 6 months, or even a year. ( starting from 14 days minimum)
Just like Airbnb:
The listings belong to individual hosts
You communicate and sign contracts directly with them
Enkostay provides the safe platform to make it happen
We make sure everything is transparent, verified, and easy to navigate.
What Enkostay Does for You (as a Foreigner)

Unlike regular stays, Enkopllex is a co-living space directly operated by Enkostay. However, this doesn’t mean Enkostay owns every stay. Most listings on our platform belong to independent hosts, while Enkoplex serves as an example of Enkostay’s housing model for foreigners.
